The island in two days

Rapa Nui is best understood in two halves: where the people came from, and what they built. Every tour is private, with transport and a local guide, for your party only. Prices are per person.

Your own route

Flexible · any length

How booking works

No forms and no waiting. You talk to a real person from the start.

1

Message us

Send your dates, the number of people and the tour you want on WhatsApp.

2

We match your guide

We confirm availability, choose a guide who speaks your language and send you the details. A deposit secures your date.

3

Meet on the day

Your guide picks you up at your hotel or Airbnb at 09:30, and the day is yours.

What private means here

The island is small, but a day on it can feel very different depending on who guides it.

Your pace

We start when you want and stay where you want. If a site moves you, we stay longer.

Time and light

We plan the route around the sun and the crowds, so you reach the big sites when they are quiet.

Local knowledge

Stories, places and customs you will not find on the standard route, told by someone from the island.

Good to know

The basics, before you write to us.

How do I book?

Send us a message on WhatsApp with your dates, the number of people and the tour you want. We confirm availability, match you with a guide and send the details. A deposit secures your date.

Is the national park ticket included?

No. The national park ticket is bought separately, per person, and is required to enter the main sites. It is valid for 10 days. You can buy it online at rapanuinationalpark.com/en or in town in Hanga Roa. The ticket allows one visit each to Orongo and Rano Raraku, and our tours are planned around that.

How many people can join?

Private tours are for one party of up to 4 people. If you are more than 4, message us on WhatsApp and we will see if we can make it work.

What if the weather is bad?

We move the tour to another day or change the route so you still see the island at its best. If the tour cannot take place, you get a full refund.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If we cannot run your tour, for example because of weather or something on our side, you get a full refund. If you do not show up for the tour without letting us know, we cannot refund it. If you need to cancel or change your date, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to move your tour to another day.

Who will be my guide?

A local guide matched to your language and interests. We tell you who it is when we confirm your booking.

Which languages do you guide in?

Swedish, English and Spanish.
